Plotly Studio can't be opened, I can't work on my submission.

I keep getting this error when starting up Plotly Studio:

An error occurred while initializing the app
Error: Timeout exceeded while waiting for the backend to be ready

Followed the known workarounds article (https://plotly.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/38340647665933-Plotly-Studio-known-issues), even tried to reinstall the app, but still getting the same error.

I've submitted a request in the Plotly Support page, but I figured I might as well let you guys aware of the problem over here. I'm not sure whether I'm the only one experiencing this or whether others are as well, though.

    I am registered for the Plotly Analytics Vibe-a-Thon. I successfully applied the Pro tier code PLOTLYVIBEATHON in the Discount Code section.
    However, after applying the code, the system is still asking for card details/payment to complete the Pro tier upgrade.
    Since the code provides free access, I believe there might be a glitch. Could you please help activate my Pro tier access immediately so I can start building my app?

    Same here regarding a Payment Info requirement. It is requested to allow to skip this requirement for the purpose of Vibeathon. Thanks!

    Yes, credit card info is necessary to enter, event if you have the code. This will still be free.
    In fact, you will be subscribing to the Pro tier when you activate the code. If you'd like to avoid future charges, simply unsubscribe from the Pro tier before 30 days pass.
